Its communication protocol complies with IEEE 802.3bm; the interface protocol complies with SFF-8636/8665; and the packaging protocol complies with QSFP28 MSA HW. This optical module is widely used in data center interconnection, long-distance optical fiber communication, telecommunication networks, medical fields, and other scenarios with high bandwidth requirements. The 100G OTU4 BiDi QSFP28 optical module is compatible with more than 100 switch brands, demonstrating C-LIGHT is 15 years of technical accumulation in the field of optical communications. 100G OTU4 BiDi QSFP28 is an optical transceiver module designed for high-speed network interconnects. It employs Bi-Directional (BiDi) technology, enabling full-duplex 100Gbps communication over a single strand of single-mode fiber. Utilizing wavelength-division multiplexing, it transmits at 1270nm and receives at 1330nm on one end, thereby saving 50% of fiber resources and significantly alleviating pressure on fiber infrastructure.

100G OTU4 BiDi QSFP28 strictly complies with the telecom-grade OTU4 protocol standard, supporting a line rate of approximately 111.8 Gbps, which ensures seamless integration into optical transport networks for efficient and reliable long-distance transmission. With the mainstream QSFP28 form factor, it offers a compact design and low power consumption, providing a high-density port solution. Consequently, this module is primarily deployed in data center interconnects, metropolitan area networks, and telecommunication aggregation layers.
