C-Light After-Sale Guaranteed System

C-Light makes the following commitments to after-sales services basecon the principle of customer first:

Warranty time and content:

●Products below 25G

lf there are quality problems within 4 weeks, they can be returned or replaced (extended to 6 weeks under special conditions)It can be exchanged if there is any quality problem within 1 year.

It can be repaired with quality problems within 3 years (under someconditions, maintenance costs will be incurred).

Products between 40G to 100G

lf there are quality problems within 4weeks, they can be returned or replaced.

It can be repaired with quality problems within 2 years (under someconditions,maintenance costs will be incurred).

Products between200G~800G

lf there are quality problems within 4weeks, they can be returned or replaced.

.lt can be repaired with quality problems within 1 year (under someconditions, maintenance costs will be incurred).

Terms of transportation of returned goods

In principle, C-Light and the customer will respectively bear the cost ofsending the returned products to the other party.lf there is no special requirement,please send the returned products to C-Light's address in Shenzhen.

Customer return 8D report and improvement mechanism

According to the customer's requirements, C-Light promises to completethe 8D report within 20 days after receiving the returned products, and make a written explanation of the reasons for the defective products another improvement plan.

*Note

The precondition of enjoying C-Light's warranty is that the customerdoes not use the company's products wrongly or brutally. The customeris requested to provide the defective record data and video of the customeireturned products as much as possible.C-Light will also inspect the customer returned products to confirm whether the products meet thecompany's warranty conditions.
