Through ISO14001 environmental management system certification, it can confirm whether the raw materials, production processes, processing methods and the use and post-use disposal of products meet the requirements of environmental protection standards and regulations.

Manufacturing Process

Receive materials by warehouse -> Firmware upload -> Welding and assembling -> High and low temperature production debug -> Whole machine aging test -> Finished product inspection by shipment group -> Random inspection of finished products by QC -> Packing by Shipping group, shipping inspection

Production & Shipping Capability

Produce and ship 5k~10k /day

For 40G/100G product series, C-LIGHT has totally 4 testing position, and the production capability is 1000 pieces per day.

For 1G-25G product series, C-LIGHT has totally 20 testing position, and the production capability is 5000 to 10000 pieces per day.

For passive product series, the production capability is 3000 pieces per day.
